Grace and mercy are two words that speak and breathe life into those dry places in our lives. We want them, we need them, and we need to extend grace and mercy towards others.
Our first reaction when life takes a turn for the messy side is usually not “great I get to show grace and mercy to the person who hurt me, and myself.” Nope, it’s much easier to fuss, complain, and work on our passive aggressive comeback.
